How uAccess collects and uses wallet addresses, uploads, and on-chain payment records when you buy or sell digital downloads.
Last updated August 14, 2026
Who we are
UAccess (“UAccess,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website and marketplace at uaccess.io. UAccess is a Web3 digital-goods platform. You connect a cryptocurrency wallet to list files, accept crypto payments, and download products you purchase.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you use the site. It is not legal advice. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the service.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the marketplace, deliver files, and process on-chain payments. Because accounts are wallet-based, we do not require a name, password, or email to use UAccess.
- Wallet addresses you connect or save in Settings, including optional Ethereum and Solana payout addresses
- Optional username and email if you add them in Settings
- Product data you submit: title, description, category, price, visibility, NSFW flag, preview image, and the download file
- File metadata such as original filename and download-file size used to enforce storage plans
- Purchase and subscription records: transaction hash, network, amount, status, buyer and seller wallets, and timestamps
- Short-lived download tokens used to authorize private file delivery
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and error reports generated by our hosting and security providers
Information we do not collect
We never ask for, store, or have access to your wallet seed phrase, private keys, or the contents of your wallet software. Payments are signed in your wallet and settled on public blockchains. We cannot reverse those transactions.
We do not require government ID, payment cards, or bank account numbers. We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate, protect, and improve UAccess.
- Create and display product listings, including private and NSFW listings
- Convert USD prices to network tokens at checkout and record completed payments
- Confirm purchases or creator ownership before issuing a download link
- Track storage usage and activate Free, Pro, or Business plans
- Scan preview images for likely adult content so NSFW listings can be hidden and blurred
- Prevent abuse, malware uploads, spam, and unauthorized access
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations
Uploads, previews, and NSFW content
Preview images are stored so they can be shown on product pages. Download files are stored privately and are delivered only after we confirm you are the creator or a successful buyer.
If you mark a product as NSFW, or a preview scan indicates adult imagery, we treat the listing as NSFW. NSFW products are set to private, excluded from the public marketplace, and shown with a hidden or blurred preview until a visitor chooses to reveal it. A direct product URL can still be opened and purchased.
Do not upload sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, or any other illegal material. We may remove files, disable listings, and retain records needed to investigate or report abuse.
Blockchain and payments
Crypto payments and smart-contract interactions are recorded on public networks (Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, and Solana). Wallet addresses, amounts, and transaction hashes are visible to anyone with a block explorer. We store a copy of those records so we can unlock downloads and show Purchases and Transactions.
Token prices are fetched from third-party market-data providers. Wallet connection uses third-party wallet software such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Phantom, WalletConnect, and similar tools. Their privacy practices apply to data they collect.
Service providers
We use infrastructure providers to host the website, store files, and run the database. Those providers process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide their services. Typical categories include cloud hosting, object storage for previews and private files, managed Postgres, RPC and price APIs, and wallet-connection libraries.
When you leave UAccess to a block explorer, wallet app, or another site, that third party’s policy applies.
How long we keep information
Product records, file references, and successful purchase history are kept so sellers can manage listings and buyers can re-download files they paid for. Download tokens expire quickly and are deleted after use or expiry.
If you stop using a paid storage plan, existing products may remain until you remove them or we are required to delete them. We may keep transaction hashes and abuse records longer when needed for security, accounting, or law.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect your wallet at any time. In Settings you can update or clear optional username, email, and payout addresses. You can edit product metadata and preview images you uploaded.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because your account is a wallet address, we will need you to connect that wallet or otherwise prove control of it before we fulfill a request. Email us or use the contact options on uaccess.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, we process wallet and transaction data as needed to perform the service you request, and other data based on legitimate interests in operating a secure marketplace or on consent where required (for example optional email). If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly used in the CCPA/CPRA.
Children
UAccess is not directed to children under 18. You must be 18 or older to create listings, buy products, or view NSFW content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will take appropriate steps, including deleting the account data we control.
Security
We use HTTPS, private object storage for paid files, short-lived download tokens, and access checks tied to wallet addresses. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your wallet and devices safe.
International transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country. By using UAccess you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the product or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of UAccess after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Contact
Questions about privacy or this policy can be sent through the contact options published on uaccess.io. Please include the wallet address involved and a description of your request so we can locate the right records.
