Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and UAccess for use of the website, marketplace, and related services at uaccess.io (the “Service”). By connecting a wallet, browsing listings, uploading files, or buying a product, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use UAccess if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, including sanctions rules.

Your account is the wallet address you connect. You are responsible for that wallet, its keys, and every action taken with it. We cannot recover a lost wallet or reverse a transaction you signed. Optional username, email, and payout addresses in Settings do not replace your responsibility for the connected wallet.

UAccess is a platform that lets creators list digital files and lets buyers pay for access with cryptocurrency. Except for the platform fee described below, we are not the seller of third-party products and we do not take title to those files.

A listing is an offer from the creator. When a buyer’s on-chain payment confirms, the creator licenses the download to that buyer as described in the listing. We record the payment and issue a short-lived download link after we confirm a successful purchase or creator ownership.

When you upload a product you represent that you own the file or have all rights needed to sell and license it. You grant UAccess a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, and display the preview and to deliver the download file to authorized buyers so we can operate the Service.

You grant each successful buyer a personal license to download and use the file for the purpose described in your listing, unless you state a broader or narrower license in the description. Buyers may not resell, scrape, or redistribute a file unless the listing expressly allows it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of titles, prices, descriptions, categories, and previews. We may remove or disable a listing that is misleading, infringing, harmful, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

Adult or not-safe-for-work (NSFW) digital products are allowed if they are legal and involve only adults. You must mark a listing as NSFW when the preview or download contains adult content. We may also mark a listing NSFW if a preview scan indicates adult imagery.

NSFW listings are automatically set to private. They do not appear on the public marketplace, category pages, or search. Preview images are hidden or blurred until a visitor chooses to show them. You may still share the direct product URL. Visitors who open that URL, including NSFW listings, must be 18 or older.

Sexual or pornographic content involving anyone 17 or under is strictly prohibited. We will remove it and may report it to the authorities.

You may not use UAccess to upload, sell, buy, or promote:

Product prices are set in USD and converted to ETH, POL, BNB, AVAX, or SOL at checkout using third-party market rates. The amount your wallet signs is the amount you pay, plus network (“gas”) fees charged by the blockchain, which UAccess does not receive.

UAccess collects a 1% platform fee on product sales through its smart contracts. The remaining amount is sent to the seller’s configured wallet. Paid storage plans (Pro and Business) are separate monthly crypto payments for extra upload capacity.

Blockchain payments are irreversible. Except where the file cannot be delivered because of a confirmed platform error, purchases are final. We do not process card chargebacks. If a download fails after a successful payment, contact us with the transaction hash and we will help complete delivery when the purchase record is valid.

Free accounts include 100 MB of download-file storage. Pro includes 10 GB for $10 per month. Business includes 1 TB for $100 per month. Preview images do not count toward the limit. If you reach the limit you cannot upload another product until you upgrade or reduce usage.

Paid plans last 30 days from a successful payment and can be renewed from Settings. If a paid plan expires you return to the Free plan. Existing products remain, but new uploads are blocked while you are over the Free limit.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particular blockchain confirmation times, or that a third-party wallet or RPC will work. We may change features, supported networks, storage limits, or fees. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or security.

The UAccess name, logo, site design, and software are owned by UAccess or its licensors. You may not copy the platform, scrape listings at scale, or use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you, except for a factual link to your own listing.

If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, send a notice that identifies the work, the infringing listing URL, your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable the listing and tell the uploader. Repeat infringers may lose access.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UACCESS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that files are virus-free, that a listing description is accurate, that a seller has the rights they claim, or that crypto amounts will match any particular USD value after you sign. You use wallets and public blockchains at your own risk. UAccess is not a broker, exchange, bank, or investment adviser.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UACCESS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST FILES, OR LOST DIGITAL ASSETS, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE PLATFORM FEES YOU PAID TO UACCESS IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You will defend and indemnify UAccess and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your listings, files, wallet activity, or violation of these Terms or of another person’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove listings, or disable downloads if we believe you breached these Terms, created legal risk, or harmed the Service or other users. You may stop using UAccess at any time. Provisions that should survive (including licenses already granted to buyers, payment records, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and UAccess about the Service. If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of uaccess.io, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts competent for that operator, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorized-access claims in any appropriate forum.
